At Manetta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Manetta account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
